Returns/Exchanges: We do not offer returns, however, you can cancel your order for a full refund prior to receiving a shipment notification. Email info.milajames@gmail.com to cancel. Exchanges are allowed if we are contacted within 3 business days of receiving your order and item is still in new condition. Once item is received and cleared for exchange - looks new, unworn, undamaged - you will receive a store credit (minus shipping charges) to use in the future on all ready to ship items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. 

Shipping: U.S. only. Please allow 5-7 business days for items to be shipped. All items are shipped using USPS. If you're ordering a blanket, please allow 7-10 business days for item to be shipped as these are hand sewn by my husband and I. If you need it in a rush, please email me at info.milajames@gmail.com and we can see what we can do! 

Email Response Time:  I'm usually quick to respond to emails but please allow 1-2 business days for questions to be answered. My team consists of mainly myself and my two kids, and they aren't the best emailers, haha!
